Appointment and Booking Policies
Your appointment is very important to me, and your time is reserved specifically for you. I understand that life happens and schedule changes may be necessary. However, I kindly ask for at least 24 business hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit.
No call/no shows will forfeit their deposit and will not be allowed to book future appointments.
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid via cash, Zelle, or Venmo at the time of your service.
There is a 20-minute grace period for all appointments. After 20 minutes, your appointment may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
I offer a 48-hour grace period after your appointment. If any issues arise with your lashes during that time, please reach out—I’ll be happy to fix or remove them at no charge.

Please book your appointment according to the correct category. Foreign fills are not accepted.
Fills scheduled more than 3 weeks from your last appointment will be charged as a full set.
To ensure the best results, please arrive with clean lashes—free of eye makeup and mascara. Avoid caffeine for at least 3 hours prior to your appointment.
Wear comfortable clothing, skip the ponytails or buns, and get ready to relax (a nap is encouraged!)

After your appointment
✨ Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours.
✨ No steam, saunas, or heavy sweating for 24–48 hours.
✨ Be gentle—avoid rubbing, pulling, or sleeping on your face.
✨ Clean your lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser (starting 24 hours after your appointment).
✨ Avoid oil-based products around your eyes, as they can break down the adhesive.
✨ No mascara or lash curlers—your extensions do all the work!
✨ Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie to keep them neat.
✨ Schedule fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain a full, fresh look.
